Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the juices have been delivered. However, if you receive an incorrect or damaged order, we will make every effort to correct the issue.

Refunds:

We offer refunds in the following situations:

1. Damaged or Incorrect Products:

   - If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. We may request photos of the damaged or incorrect items to process the refund.

   - You can choose between a refund or a replacement of the damaged/incorrect item(s).

   2. Cancellations:

   - Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if the cancellation request is made at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery date.

   - If a cancellation is requested within less than 24 hours before delivery, we may not be able to provide a refund, as the juices are already in preparation.

3. Late or Missing Refunds:

   - If you haven’t received your refund after confirmation, first check your bank account or contact your credit card provider. It may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

   - If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us for further assistance.

How to Request a Refund:

- To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at info@juiceland.shop with your order details and a description of the issue. We will review your request and respond promptly.

Exclusions:

- We do not provide refunds for products that were undamaged, as all sales are final for consumable goods.

- No refunds are issued if the order was delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
